Before all colour services at Lisa Shepherd, you will have a thorough consultation to assess you specific needs, at this point we will also assess your hair history, condition and hair type, this will allow us to work with you to make sure that you leave the salon with a colour that’s suits you!
We as a colour specialist group do NOT recommend and do not carry out any type of strand test procedures, we feel this gives a totally uneven result due to the hair having uneven porosity to begin with, However, To help prevent any risk of a reaction, before every colour visit at Lisa Shepherd we suggest you have a skin test between 48 hours and up to 7 days prior to your appointment, this can be carried out at your consultation or by any of our reception team at any one of our salons. Unfortunately, we will not be able to carry out any colour services on clients that have not had a skin test and your appointment will have to be rescheduled.
3 2 1...January 2013 Hair Sale
You must mention the 3 2 1 offer when booking your appointment.
- Offer 3 valid for January 2013 appointments only – cut & colour must be booked together as one service,
- Offer 2 valid between 1st-9th February 2013 appointments only – cut & colour must be booked together as one service
- Offer 1 is valid 3rd Jan – 9th Feb 2013 only – while stocks last subject to brand restrictions, all products are non refundable.
Offers valid Monday – Friday, excludes Saturdays and available with selected stylists only. One 3 or 2 offer per client not available in conjunction with any other offer – service or retail based.
To claim offer you must present the ‘offer leaflet’ at point of payment – failure to do so may result in offer not being valid and service being charged at full price. Offer leaflet has not monetary value and can not be exchanged for cash, cheque or credit.
We pride ourselves on always being very generous on all our current offers and promotions for 11 months of the year. However, PLEASE NOTE ALL discounts cease each and every DECEMBER! Text marketing offers:
Discount/offer applies to selected/named services only. The text code must be mentioned when booking appointment. Only one text offer can be used during the offer period or within a 6 week period from the start date of the offer which ever applies. Offer will only be available of selected days and with selected stylists and can not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. All colour services will require a skin test 48 hours prior to appointment. All offers and discounts are subject to availability. Management reserve the right to refuse discount.
Recommend a Friend:
Recommend a friend applies to friends of existing clients who have not visited a Lisa Shepherd Salon before or within the last 6 months. The £10 gift will only be applied to the existing clients account once the friend has been into salon and received the service. Existing clients can redeem the £10 gift against any salon services. Retail products are not included in this promotion.
Loyalty card scheme:
- Loyalty Card offer is open exclusively to UK residents, with the exception of employees of Lisa Shepherd Salons, agents or anyone else associated with the administration of this promotion.
- Loyalty Card offers are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer/discount or promotion.
- This promotion is exclusively available in Lisa Shepherd Salons and cannot be purchased online.
- The Loyalty Card offer is applicable existing clients only.
- Services excluded from the Loyalty Card scheme –

- Offers must be redeemed in order of appointments only.
- Discount loyalty offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion in salon.
- Offers cannot be substituted for any other service or treatment.
- Free of Charge Ritual – can only be taken on second appointment.
- 50% Off Cut – can only be taken on the fourth appointment.
- 50% Off Colour – can only be taken on the sixth appointment.
- Loyalty Card has no monetary value.
- Cancellation policy: 24 hours notice is required to re-book or cancel an appointment.
- The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion.
- The decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

Walk in appointments:
Only available at Lisa Shepherd London. Walk in appointments only with available stylists at the time of the walk in. Colour services can only be carried out with a valid skin test 48 hours prior to appointment. Stylist level can not be requested - only stylists with availability will be able to carry out service. Booking of later appointments on the same day are not classed as a walk in appointment and therefore will be charged at normal rate. Subject to availability only.
