Winning awards is something that Lisa and her team are very used to! Lisa is one of the most recognised hairdressers of her generation, winning not only for her technical and artistic abilities, but also for her business acumen and team development skills. Her titles include British Hairdresser of the Year 2005, British Colourist of the Year 2003, 2004, 2005 and Salon of the Year. The team are constantly encouraged to enter awards and have been very successful in doing so! Tim Scott-Wright, Salon Director at Birmingham won Midlands Hairdresser of the Year for 3 consecutive years and last year the title was taken by Sutton Coldfield manager and franchisee Emma Steven. Recognition is important in our industry, it is important to the team so that they can see how they are developing and growing as a hairdresser it helps keep them motivated and gives them a passion and something to strive for.

Here are a list of our award wins so far and we will keep you posted as we add any more to our collection!

Lisa Shepherd and her team are no strangers to winning awards. For the past decade Lisa has won some of the most coveted titles and now she continues to support her team in following in her award winning footsteps.
