COLOUR SERVICE TERMS

Before all colour services at Lisa Shepherd, you will have a thorough

consultation to assess you specific needs, at this point we will also assess your hair history, condition and hair type, this will allow us to work with you to make sure that you leave the salon with a colour that’s suits you!

To help prevent any risk of a reaction, before every colour visit at Lisa Shepherd we suggest you have a skin test between 48 hours and up to 7 days prior to your appointment, this can be carried out at your consultation or by any of our reception team at any one of our salons.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to carry out any colour services on clients that have not had a skin test and your appointment will have to be rescheduled.
